Before the rainy season and with a dry slab. Waterproofing over a damp or ponded surface wastes the product: it does not bond and the moisture is sealed inside.

Impac 7000 has a guaranteed minimum life of 7 years and is 100 % ecological; the 5000 has a 5 year service life. Both are elastomeric with reflective ceramic thermal particles.

The ceramic thermal particles have high solar reflectance, and Sokül 7 adds insulating microcells plus the reflective effect of white. It is especially noticeable on exposed concrete slabs.

Not without verifying compatibility and the state of the previous system. When the old waterproofing is debonded or cracked, the correct approach is to remove it and prepare the surface before applying the new one.
