Tijuana
Tijuana holds our two busiest facilities: the distribution centre in Col. Guaycura, which stocks the full catalogue, and the block plant in Ejido Ojo de Agua, where we produce block. We serve residential, commercial and industrial projects across the city, for counter pickup or home delivery.

Mexicali is where Proceco started in 2010 and where our ready-mix concrete plant operates, on the San Felipe highway. It is also the market where climate rules: pouring above 40 °C demands microfibre, early scheduling and immediate curing, and that guidance comes with the service.

Ensenada joined Proceco in 2015. The distribution centre in Col. El Ciprés supplies residential, tourism and agro-industrial work across the valley. On the coast the material criteria change: saline exposure calls for more care with steel, with concrete cover and with the waterproofing system.

Tecate is served with scheduled delivery from the Tijuana distribution centre. It is a market of industrial plants, agro-industry and growing housing, where orders tend to come in volume: pallets of block, cement by the bag and steel for a whole construction stage.

Rosarito concentrates vertical housing and beachfront resort development. There the enemy is not load, it is salt: steel corrodes faster, concrete needs more cover and roofs take sun and sea spray all year. Materials are chosen with that in mind.

San Quintín is served from the Ensenada distribution centre. It is agro-industrial territory: packing plants, cold rooms, warehouses, worker housing and irrigation infrastructure. Orders are scheduled by volume and by stage, because distance punishes improvised freight.
